Experteer OverviewAs Training Coordinator, you will design, implement and assess training programs aligned with HQ guidelines to elevate customer service and market share. You will collaborate with Retail and Marketing to tailor modules for diverse environments and deliver engaging sessions, including masterclasses and events. Your efforts will track impact on sales KPIs and retailer performance, shaping the brand's ongoing training strategy in a luxury retail context. in collaboration with Retail ManagerAdapt training modules creatively for different environmentsLeverage competitor training and retail/consumer trendsDeliver programs with appropriate modules and allocate resourcesCreate ad hoc training paths for MFK staff (masterclasses, internal events, canvassing)Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams for ongoing training and novelty updatesMeasure sell-out performance following training actionsResponsabilitàHigh competence in presentation and excellent communicationCustomer-oriented with focus on sales KPIsAdvanced understanding of training methods and delivery experienceExperience in cosmetic industry and/or retail is a plusBrand affinity and ability to work in a complex environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFluent in English; French is a plusWillingness to travel frequently
