Job Description

Responsibilities
You are responsible for the quality of the maintenance in the rooms and common areas.
Thanks to your sense of detail, Mama will remain as good as new, ensuring our guests can have a perfect experience.
Direct coordinator between the subcontracting company & Mama, you control the work carried out and ensure the proper application of the cleaning contract.
You coordinate with the various internal and external services.
You're in charge of the orders for the laundry and non-consumables (hospitality products and equipment in the room).
As a head of service, you are on the lookout for any malfunctions, comments, and customer complaints.
Qualifications
You know how to manage every situation.
With a strong sense of communication, you take on the role of intermediary between your management and the subcontracting company.
Your strength is anticipation and organization on all subjects.




Excellent manager; you've mastered cost control, figure analysis & productivity optimization.
You are good at delivering the Mama experience to suppliers and service providers; you have great relationships, and they love you.
Rigorous & honest, you know how to manage lost objects perfectly and do everything possible to find their owner.
You want to be at the heart of the action with your team, and not always alone at your office.
Diplomatic and attentive, you work hand in hand with the other departments.
You know how to motivate a team: the morning briefing is bright and effective.
Confidentiality is important to you; what happens at Mama stays in Mama.
