Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the growth of our surety business from the Milan office. You assess and underwrite bond requests, evaluating financials and counterparty capabilities to ensure a profitable portfolio. You apply underwriting guidelines, define technical pricing, and monitor risk while collaborating with commercial teams to drive business development. You contribute to transparent reporting and documentation, upholding strong risk discipline in an international environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Assess and underwrite new surety bond requests by analysing financials, business performance and counterparty capabilities
Apply underwriting guidelines to ensure compliance with internal policies and risk appetite
Define and validate technical pricing to sustain profitability
Manage and monitor the surety risk portfolio, identifying trends, exposures and opportunities




Collaborate with commercial teams to support business development while maintaining risk discipline
Contribute to reporting and documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency in underwriting decisions
Responsabilità 1-2 years in a similar role within an insurance company or broker
Degree in Economics or Law
Excellent English communication skills
Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
Ability to handle complex cases
Flexibility, adaptability and a collaborative approach in an international environment
Awareness of AI in the workplace and basic understanding of commonly used platforms
