Experteer OverviewIn this role you will design, manage, and optimize Nadara's on‐premises and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance. This is a chance to help scale our infrastructure in a mission‐driven, inclusive environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and maintain on‐premises and cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS)Manage and monitor servers, storage, virtualization, and network componentsAdminister cloud environments including compute, networking, storage, and security servicesEnsure reliability, performance, backup, and disaster recoveryImplement security best practices, patching,



and access controlsTroubleshoot issues and perform root‐cause analysisAutomate provisioning and operations using scripting and IaCCollaborate with application, security, and DevOps teamsMaintain technical documentation and proceduresSupport capacity planning and cost optimizationParticipate in upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceProven experience as IT Infrastructure Engineer or similarStrong knowledge of on‐prem infrastructure (Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper‐V, storage, networking)Hands‐on experience with at least one major cloud provider xrdztoy (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high‐availability architecturesFamiliarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell)Experience with monitoring and logging toolsStrong problem‐solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a teamBen
