Experteer Overview In this role you will own and optimize the ServiceNow platform to enable new ways of working and a seamless employee experience. You will bridge technology, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions are understood, adopted, and continually improved. You’ll drive platform health, security, governance, and delivery excellence at scale for a global organization, partnering across regions and with partners. This is a chance to shape platform strategy, oversee upgrades and integrations, and advance DevOps practices in an enterprise setting. You will lead a cross‑functional governance forum and mentor teams to achieve predictable, high‑quality releases.Benefits
- Own platform health, availability, performance, reliability, and maintainability for production and non‑production environments.
- Establish proactive monitoring, capacity and performance reviews, and risk management for the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure secure, compliant platform aligned with enterprise security, privacy, and audit standards;
manage access controls and integration patterns.

- Lead platform governance, architecture standards, development quality controls, and lifecycle management for customizations and plugins.
- Serve as technical authority for platform‑wide decisions and guide internal teams and partners with clear handoffs.
- Manage the ServiceNow development pipeline end‑to‑end: demand intake, prioritization, release management, and risk mitigation.
- Apply DevOps practices with automated build/test/deploy, versioning, and standardized release gates.
- Own roadmap for upgrades, patching, data policies, and feature adoption;
govern environment strategy and data refresh policies.
- Oversee integrations, data sources, and tech debt;
drive remediation and operational readiness for go‑lives.
