The Role We are seeking a hands‐on Applications & Integration Manager to own, modernise, and uplift the application stack and day‐to‐day development and delivery team at Best & Less Group. This pivotal role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing delivery, support, and transformation. About You You will lead an experienced and embedded team through a phase of reinvention, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to identify pain points, design value‐led improvements, and deliver measurable change. You will take full ownership of our internal applications, integration layer , and support frameworks bringing structure, pace, and innovation to how we build and support our retail systems. Your Day Will Consist Of: Owning the application landscape, integration layer (Boomi + .net), and all day‐to‐day operational support activities. build a culture of continuous improvement.



Embed DevOps thinking and agile‐lite practices into delivery cycles.
