Dolce&Gabbana; offers an exceptional career opportunity as Stock Manager based in Serravalle Scrivia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stockroom excellence and supporting store operations to maximize productivity and service standards.
Job Description The selected candidate will report directly to the Store Director and will be responsible for overseeing all stockroom activities, ensuring efficient stock flow and supporting the sales team in delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of reference for all inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring proper organization of stockroom and back-of-house areas
Support store productivity by maintaining an efficient and well-organized stockroom, in line with company procedures
Supervise stock flow between storage and selling floor, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory activities and support loss prevention measures
Oversee and validate all receipts, deliveries and outgoing shipments
Collaborate with Store Management to support the sales team, reducing client waiting times and ensuring product availability
Manage and develop Stock Staff, providing coaching, feedback and training on systems and procedures
Participate in daily store meetings to share updates, business trends and motivate the team
