Experteer Overview As Senior Product Manager, Savings at Qonto, you shape the strategy and execution of our Savings offering across Europe. You define the roadmap to drive deposit growth and customer retention within a regulated banking context. You will launch the first standalone Savings product and partner with Risk, ALM, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to deliver trusted experiences. This is a data‑driven, regulatory‑forward role in a fast‑growing fintech that values experimentation with AI. You’ll work with diverse teams to impact our SMEs’ financial wellbeing.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Define and execute the product strategy for Savings, aligning with deposit growth and revenue goals
- Build and launch the first standalone Savings product (passbook, term deposit, etc.) and scale across European markets




- Partner with Risk and Asset Liability Management to ensure balance‑sheet soundness while remaining compelling for customers
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to address regulatory questions without slowing product velocity
- Coordinate with Engineers, Designers, Market Directors, and other Product teams to deliver Savings experiences for SMEs

Responsabilità
- Strong track record as a Product Manager in Savings products
- Shipped end‑to‑end Savings‑related product
- Strategic thinker with ability to map the Savings landscape
- Stakeholder operator with Risk, ALM, and Compliance
- Regulated product instinct balancing commercial goals and regulatory constraints
- Excellent communicator in English (French a plus)
