All underpinned by technology created with purpose.##YOUR ROLEAs a Workforce & Organization Consultant within Capgemini Invent Team, you will support people‐focused transformation initiatives with a focus on organizational change, workforce transformation, and AI‐enabled ways of working. You will contribute to client projects aimed at shaping and implementing people and workforce strategies, engagement initiatives, and employee experience programs, while supporting the evolution of operating models and new ways of working.



Your work will include initiatives such as design and redesign of HR and people processes, workforce transformation initiatives, and AI adoption programs across people and organizational domains. Working within a multidisciplinary consulting team, you will contribute to the delivery of structured analyses, transformation initiatives, and change‐enablement activities that help organizations translate strategy into tangible impact for people.In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities:* Support for workforce and people transformation projects, contributing to initiatives related to people strategy, organizational change, and employee experience;* Contribution to the definition and implementation of people strategy, ensuring alignment between business priorities, capabilities, and employee value proposition;* Support in designing and managing engagement and change initiatives, including c
