Betterhomes is hiring a Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agent in Dubai. This full‐time onsite role offers opportunities for career growth and is part of our dynamic, high‐performing team.
Requirements Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high‐performing environment (Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment, etc.) or experience in a high‐end service industry such as cabin crew or luxury retail.
Fluency in English.
Valid driving license.
Proactive can‐do attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, competitive yet supportive environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Resilience and passion for delivering results while building lasting relationships with clients.
