Experteer Overview As Project Leader you drive new product development projects within the Engineering Department, focusing on designing, updating and validating products. You align cross‑functional teams across departments, manage tasks, schedules, costs and compliance, and ensure accurate design data and documentation. You will support manufacturing launch and participate in testing, to deliver robust products that meet technical specs and regulatory standards. This role offers hands‑on design responsibility and collaboration within a global innovation culture.Retribuzione / Benefits
Lead new product development projects following Concept to Product guidelines
Design 3D/2D drawings and define drawing specs
Plan and run product development meetings
Support tests and generate reports during prototype testing
Create and assign project tasks to cross‑department teams




Track task completion and ensure data accuracy (costs, feasibility)
Provide technical support to production during product launch
Collaborate with TI, engineering departments and other corporate departments
Maintain/update design, BOM and related documentation
Responsabilità
Proven experience in project management (min 3 years)
Proven experience in engineering (min 3 years)
University Degree - Mechanical engineering or similar
Fluency in Italian and English
Structured, proactive and resilient mindsetStrong problem solving and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and plan ahead
Ability to foster information sharing and collaboration across functions
