Experteer OverviewAs the EMEA Channel Marketing lead, you drive revenue growth by shaping and executing partner-focused marketing across Germany, Eastern Europe, and Benelux. You'll build quarterly plans, manage budgets, and act as the trusted advisor to partner marketing executives. Your work links marketing strategy with sales execution to convert partner collaborations into measurable pipeline. This role offers strategic influence in a high-tech, partner-driven environment where outcomes matter and ROI is demonstrated.ResponsibilitiesBuild and run quarterly channel marketing plans with key partners across the region, owning budget and outcomesDevelop and maintain relationships with partner marketing executives to drive pipeline and joint campaignsCollaborate with Synopsys channel sales and partner business development to identify regional opportunities and convert them into programsDesign and launch demand-generation campaigns (webinars, events, digital tactics, ABM plays) to grow pipelineDefine success metrics, monitor performance,
analyze results, and report insights to EMEA leadership and partnersPartner with the EMEA Head of Channel Marketing to refine program strategy and share field learningsManage multiple concurrent initiatives, budgets, timelines, and partner expectationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field5+ years of channel marketing experience in B2B techExperience working with channel partners and understanding partner economicsFluency in German and English (written and spoken)Strong analytical skills to define metrics, monitor data, and translate findings into actionsExperience managing marketing budgets and driving pipeline and revenue outcomesMBA is a plus; prior software/high-tech B2B channel marketing experience is beneficialBenefitscomprehensive health benefitswellness programsfinancial benefitstotal rewards package
