Role: Analyst – Financial Agency
The role is primarily operational and execution‐focused, supporting the management of live transactions and the onboarding of new mandates,



with opportunities to gain exposure to restructuring and distressed scenarios over time. This position is well suited for a junior professional looking to build a solid foundation in loan agency, transaction mechanics and credit processes within a structured and fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Agency team in the day‐to‐day management of performing financing transactions
Assist with onboarding of new mandates, including collection and review of transaction documentation
Support with data remediation and data quality activities related to the credit portfolio
Maintain and update transaction data, records and reporting within the management system
Support drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, payment processes and reconciliation activities
Monitor key contractual dates, conditions precedent and ongoing obligations
Assist in the preparation of client communications, notices and perio
