We are currently seeking a talented freelance Project Manager to join our team in Rome. As a Project Manager within our Project & Development Services (P&DS;) division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction and development projects throughout Italy. Your role will involve delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and diverse stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables.
- Establish quality standards and conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety guidelines.

Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors, consultants, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment that values diverse perspectives and approaches.
- Monitor project progress,



identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing transparent updates on project status and promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and strong working relationships.

Financial & Budget Management
- Develop and track project budgets, reviewing and approving project expenses, invoices, and change orders to maintain cost control.
- Proactively identify and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Travel Requirements
- Availability for travel within Italy for project management assignments lasting
