Position Overview
Sales management for assigned client accounts in the EMEA region
Sales management in the Middle East region with focus on Egypt and Saudi Arabia
Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities at client accounts and within the sales region of responsibility, interacting with other functions in a matrix organization
Full accountability and management of the order-to-cash process
Management and development of relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers
Monitoring of sales performance and identification of OEM needs, in close collaboration with distribution partners
Primary interface with distributors (in selected markets), as well as direct engagement with end customers (automotive OEMs)
Ensure fulfillment of export compliance requirements
Contribute to defining account and regional strategies
Provide updated and accurate market intelligence for annual profit plan preparation
Meet sales targets
Identify and pursue sales growth opportunities and track them in the CRM tool
Key Competence Requirements
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships in a multicultural environment
Teamwork attitude
Proactivity in leading and driving cross-functional activities
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Account management skills with Automotive OEMs and knowledge of the B2B distribution market
Knowledge of main IT tools (Office, Outlook, Salesforce, etc.)
Good understanding of Automotive OEM painting processes
Value‐based selling mindset
Availability to travel within the region (20%)
Knowledge of export compliance requirements
Knowledge of export customs requirements
