Experteer Overview As a Project Finance Analyst - Treasury Officer in the M Renewables team in Milan, you will support project financing efforts for renewable initiatives. You will prepare investor materials, manage financial models, and assess bankability of EPC, O&M;, and PPA documents. You will coordinate due diligence and advisor selection, driving the financial close and drawdown processes. This role sits at the intersection of finance, risk management, and strategic project execution to enable sustainable energy projects.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Prepare presentations, Information Memorandums, bank teasers and bank-facing reports for Project Financing transactions
- Administer finance documents, compliance reports, undertakings reporting and waiver processes
- Manage complex financial models to analyze debt funding and returns
- Evaluate bankability of project documents (EPC, O&M;, PPA)



and provide quantitative analysis support
- Coordinate selection of specialized Advisors and Due Diligence
- Handle deal execution including financial close, CPs satisfaction and drawdowns reporting

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Finance or Business Administration;
Master in a related field considered an asset
- 1/2 years' proven experience in banks, advisory firm or large organization with similar responsibilities
- Good knowledge of Project Financing documentation, due diligence and financial close processRequisiti fondamentali
