Experteer OverviewIn this role you will develop regional pricing services and end-to-end solutions to support Flex's growth. You will translate RFQ data into compelling pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with risk. You will collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Business Development, and the quote team to deliver differentiated offers. You drive price-driven wins while safeguarding Flex's financial and operational stability. This position offers exposure to diverse businesses and a chance to shape regional pricing strategy within a global manufacturing context.Retribuzione / BenefitsRead and interpret customer RFQs and build complex pricing modelsAnalyze RFQ data, map to Flex operations, and convert into financial inputs for the GSS quote modelUnderstand SOWs and ask targeted questions to define quote requirementsDevelop strategies for competitive pricing to win new business while managing risksCollaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Development on operational solutions, price competitiveness,
and risk assessmentCoordinate with extended quote team to ensure all quote aspects and Flex risks are coveredPresent cost solutions to customers and support negotiations with timely updatesPerform competitive pricing analysis and benchmark against internal and external sourcesProvide reasoned cost proposal assumptions that balance risk with pricing flexibilityUnderstand service business models (reverse/forward logistics, service parts, repair/refurb, asset recovery, 4PL, transportation) and related pricing implicationsResponsabilitàUniversity degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Business4-6 years of relevant professional experienceFluent in English (written and spoken)Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsExcellent Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to quote quickly under tight timelinesExperience with complex calculations and meeting deadlinesRapid learner with ability to grasp complex business models and respond to inqu
