In the automotive and motorsport domains , for example, the company focuses on hybrid and electric powertrains, working on electronic control units, motor control strategies, inverters, and battery systems. Known for its knowledge in the eletrcification field and for the high level of innovation applied to cutting-edge technologies, FLAG-MS delivers fully customized solutions tailored to customer needs, including system design, component development, and experimental testing services. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Turin for an Embedded FW/SW Engineer. The role involves the development, implementation, and optimization of embedded firmware and software solutions for inverter, BMS and other electric powertrain key components. Responsibilities include programming, debugging, and testing embedded systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored software solutions,



and contributing to system integration and validation efforts. The role requires applying advanced programming skills and a deep understanding of software development best practices considering the whole ASPICE V diagram. The FW and SW are developed in C programming language.
Expertise in Embedded FW/SW development and r eal-time programming
Strong skills in C language programming
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
Knowledge of automotive systems, including communication protocols
Previous experience: at least 2 years of real experience as embedded FW/SW developer
Ability to use electronic instrument for measures and signal analysis
Ability to use SW tools for electronic design/validation
Experience in product development having functional safety requirements (ISO 26262)
