In this role you will drive international talent acquisition for Technogym's subsidiaries, aligning recruitment with business strategy. You will work closely with HR partners and leaders to secure top talent and strengthen our employer brand. You'll build and maintain talent pipelines and engage universities and schools for long-term opportunities. You will contribute to global Talent Attraction initiatives and act as a brand ambassador to enhance Technogym's market presence. or policiesSupport Hiring Managers on Talent Acquisition processes and practicesParticipate in global projects to support the overall Talent Attraction strategySupport development of employer branding and university/school partnerships for long-term opportunitiesAct as a Technogym brand ambassador to increase employer brand awareness in the marketResponsabilità5-7 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in multinational and international hiringKnowledge of selection techniques, recruitment strategies, channels, and assessment toolsExpertise in ATS and talent relationship management tools (SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus)Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and LinkedIn AdvertiseBusiness partnership approach and headhuntingStrong teamwork, listening and influencing abilitiesDrive, tenacity, client-focused and results-oriented mindsetFluency in English; other languages
