Job Description

Key Responsibilities
You will gain experience in accounting and finance processes, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and internal controls.



You will be exposed to financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling. You will develop an understanding of financial statements, month‐end closing routines, and how financial data supports operational and strategic decision‐making. You will also learn best practices in financial governance, risk management, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
You will gain exposure to other key business functions and understand how finance partners with the business. You will learn the fundamentals of business controlling, including performance analysis, KPI tracking, and investments. You will be introduced to basic tax, treasury, and audit principles, gaining insight into compliance requirements and financial policies. This will help you understand how financial transparency and controls support sustainable business performance.
