Position SummaryLegal Counsel (Senior Legal Counsel II) for FedEx Express Italy s.r.l. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel Italy and will be responsible for managing legal matters in the employment law area, supporting the business in both strategic and operational decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on employment law matters (both individual and collective) to support HR and managementManage employment litigation and coordinate external law firms where necessarySupport extraordinary transactions (reorganizations, restructurings) from a labor law perspectiveDraft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policiesMonitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulationsHandle disciplinary procedures, dismissals, and workforce reduction processesQualificationsLaw degree and admission to the Bar5–7 years of post‐qualification experience (PQE) in employment law gained in reputable law firms or corporate environmentsIn‐depth knowledge of Italian employment lawStrong negotiation,
