Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry‐leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high‐quality and innovative products.
As a Production Supervisor, you will perform the daily operations for the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will become an expert in monitoring the building of our cutting‐edge equipment and ensuring the highest quality. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Overseeing and managing front‐line manufacturing employees. Managing a manufacturing unit and associated budgets.
Evaluating manufacturing process to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfilment, safety, and productivity.
Developing procedures,
work instructions and documentation that promotes compliance, quality, and health & safety throughout.
Have a BSc or MSc Degree in a technical subject with good experience in Manufacturing – will also consider graduate‐level candidates for the role.
Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU passport.
Be able to identify goals or objectives, develop plans and strategies and show the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
