ensuring proper validation and issue resolutionOversee the implementation of Change Requests (CR), ensuring alignment with business needs and system requirementsParticipate in and lead projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and overall business performanceProactively identify solutions to resolve issues, enhance customer service, and improve operational efficiencyLeverage Senior SME expertise to design and implement standard payroll services and Payroll Control Center (PCC), in close collaboration with Horizon and Service ACE teamsSupport the Payroll Manager in their role as Local Service Delivery Manager (LSDM), managing complex customer inquiries and escalationsCoach and support Senior Customer Management Associates and Specialists in resolving complex client requestsCoach and support Senior Data Management Associates and Specialists in handling complex data calculations and issuesManage legal and regulatory compliance processes r
