We are looking for an Area Sales Professional , to be hired with a permanent contract in Padova within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area.
They use data and digital solutions to enhance efficiency, comfort, and safety in buildings. Do you like understanding the end customers and partner needs and help them along the way to success? Are you passionate about studying market trends and identifying the latest and most innovative opportunities to support the business? If you feel at ease building long‑lasting partnerships with customers and like collaborating in a fast‑paced team we have an exciting opportunity for you within our Siemens Buildings Team in Italy North‑East.
Ensure effective coverage of customers or the territory assigned in line with company strategies; identify, acquire and manage new end customers, while consolidating relationships with existing customers and ensuring solutions are implemented successfully.
Plan and ensure sales volumes: provide information for forecasting and planning via the CRM system.




Recognize and analyze customer needs and specific market conditions to formulate targeted solutions and guide the decision‑making process.
Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation to offer creation, final negotiation, and closing of the sale; also handle post‑sale follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Interpersonal and communication skills: interact with various company figures, such as technical teams, managers and decision‑makers, maintaining fluid and effective communication to adapt solutions to each stakeholder’s needs.
Problem‑solving and adaptability: handle complex situations, modify solutions along the way, and resolve difficulties that may arise during the sales process.
Goal orientation: work under pressure to achieve sales goals while maintaining high‑quality relationships and solution management.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
Technical diploma or degree, preferably in Mechanical, Automat
