Job Purpose
We are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst (M&A;) to support the team in the day‐by‐day analysis related to M&A; and business development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Preliminary opportunity assessment
Business planning and valuation
Due diligence
Cooperation with other internal functions for business cases preparation
Required Education
Degree in business administration or finance
Required Skills and Experience
Previous experience (ca. 3 years) within valuation / transaction service / M&A; departments of Big 4, Corporate finance boutiques, Investment banks,



Internal corporate development departments
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent analytical skills and financial statements analysis
Knowledge of valuation methodologies
Knowledge of financial modelling
Required Languages
Fluent Italian and English
