Manager Operations, you drive operational excellence across a complex metal-mechanical plant, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. You lead a diverse Operations team, shaping a high-performance culture aligned with AGCO's strategy and values. You will implement Lean and continuous improvement across end-to-end manufacturing, balancing production realities with a strong safety and quality focus. and delivery in a fast‐changing environment.Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement using structured tools and data‐driven problem solving.ResponsabilitàExtensive experience in industrial/manufacturing operations in complex metal-mechanical environments.Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processes; end-to-end production flow and capacity management.Experience with Italian labor laws and Workers Council relations.Strong Lean, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven performance mindset.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in multinational/matrix organizations; fluent Italian and advanced English.
