We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in the success of our roofing projects. This position is critical in ensuring that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the behind-the‑scenes force managing materials, timelines, communication, and logistics between vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate material take‑offs and coordinate timely procurement
- Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
- Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Support project managers in overcoming challenges and keeping work on track
- Assist the sales team with post‑sale follow‑up and coordination
- Keep detailed records and ensure documentation is organized and up‑to‑date
- Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards




- Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership

Who You Are:
- Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools
- Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail‑driven with a commitment to accuracy and follow‑through
- A team player who’s comfortable collaborating across departments
