Lead the setup and governance of complex projects, defining objectives, scope, stakeholders, workplans, governance frameworks, and operating models
Coordinate all project phases, monitor progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Engage with stakeholders across organizational levels to ensure alignment between business functions, project teams, and senior management
Support operational implementation of new business models, processes,

Assess organizational, operational, and financial impacts of transformation initiatives

Approximately 15+ years of overall professional experience
Around 10 years in Project Management roles involving complex, cross‑functional initiatives
Solid experience in organizational transformation programs, process evolution, and operating model development
Proven track record in managing projects with significant cross‑functional impact
Ability to develop business cases and financial evaluations
Sound knowledge of project management methodologi
