Experteer Overview As an AI Engineer in IBM's Client Engineering team, you will help design and deploy AI pilots using watsonx, delivering hands‑on value to clients. You join a 12–24 month program blending technical work with consultative sales, rotating through cross‑functional collaboration to solve real customer challenges. You’ll build POCs, guide deployment, and share knowledge while staying ahead on AI trends. This role offers growth into a Partner/Brand Technical Specialist path and exposure to Generative AI, ML, and data governance at scale.Retribuzione / Benefits

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- Strong programming in Python;
experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or Hugging Face
- Knowledge of libraries like SciKit‑Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib;
familiar with cloud platforms (IBM, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
