Experteer Overview As Group Accounting & Treasury Manager, you will oversee accounting, treasury, tax and compliance for a multinational group, ensuring accurate financial reporting and optimized liquidity. You’ll drive harmonization of processes across entities, including recent acquisitions, and lead digitalization and automation initiatives with SAP expertise. This role supports post‑M&A; integration and statutory reporting under Italian GAAP and IFRS. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen controls and governance.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Oversee general ledger activities including accruals, provisions, and statutory adjustments
- Manage the full AP cycle, vendor master data, and segregation of duties
- Oversee fixed assets, depreciation, and COA/cost centers
- Coordinate monthly hard close and validate P&L; and Balance Sheet with Controlling
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and resolve mismatches
- Ensure compliance with Italian GAAP, tax regulations, and IFRS
- Lead statutory audit support and year‑end closing
- Manage daily cash positioning,



liquidity planning, and short‑term cash forecasting
- Oversee cash pooling, funding processes, and Group Treasury interactions
- Ensure treasury controls, fraud risk mitigation, and post‑M&A; treasury restructuring
- Coordinate bank account openings/closings and integration of new entities
- Oversee tax accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and payroll accounting in coordination with HR
- Ensure internal controls, audits, and regulatory obligations
- Integrate acquired entities into Group processes and harmonize policies and systems
- Drive digitalization and automation in accounting and treasury
- Enhance process quality through standardization, SAP FI/CO workflows, and analytics

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in accounting and treasury roles in multinational groups
- Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP, IFRS, and statutory
