Your Role We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Process Engineer with Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ (Italy, Cesena).
In this role,



you will work in a cross-functional team and cooperate with all departments on new product development and manufacturing projects, coordinating internal or external resources. Leadership and passion will make a difference
Your Impact
- New products start up
- Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costs
- Define factory and assembly line layout
- Define internal logistic flows
- Define production Standard Time
- Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress

About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma
- Experience in new product startup
- Experience in assembly process
- Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream
