What you’ll do
- Improve Hotiday’s finance and accounting processes , including annual financial statements and monthly closings.
- Own the annual budget process, working closely with the leadership team to align financial planning with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver investor reporting , ensuring clarity, accuracy and timeliness.
- Run cashflow forecasting using our internal forecasting tool, keeping the company ahead of liquidity needs.
- Support fundraising activities , preparing financial materials and data rooms for current and prospective investors.
- Coordinate our team across accounting and finance operations.

❤️ What we offer
- Target package (OTE) up to €50.000 per year (fixed + variable premio)
- Fixed salary between €38-43k based on experience

⚙️ Selection process
- Case Study: budgeting and cashflow forecasting exercise on real data.
- Technical interview with our CFO.
- Final interview with the CEO/Founder.
