BIM Architect or Engineer

3.IM is looking for a BIM Engineer / Architect to join our team in Milano and support the development of international architecture, engineering, and digital modelling projects.

The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, coordinate, and review BIM models, technical drawings, and project documentation. The selected candidate will contribute to model production, design coordination, clash detection support, quality checks, and the preparation of deliverables in line with project standards and client requirements.

At 3.im, we work with an integrated digital approach, combining BIM methodology, technical consultancy, and coordination processes to support complex projects from design to delivery. We are looking for motivated professionals with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within an international project environment.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field




- Experience in architectural/engineering design or BIM coordination
- Good knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Availability to work in north Europe, Middle East or KSA

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience on large-scale projects
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms
