We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Engineer to support shopfloor operations, improve production efficiency, and drive continuous process improvement in a manufacturing environment.

sAnalyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and improve workflo
wConduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity optimizatio
nImplement practical shopfloor improvements related to layout, material flow, and operator efficienc
yMonitor production KPIs such as output, efficiency, scrap, and downtim
eSupport problem-solving activities with production, quality, and maintenance team
sEnsure implementation of SOPs and standard work practice
sAssist in production ramp-up, line transfers, and process stabilizatio
