Join TAKKT Group – we are looking for motivated employees to strengthen our team as a Head of e-Com Platform to shape new worlds of work The position can be filled in the following locations: Germany-Stuttgart, Hungary- Budapest, Poland- Warsaw, Spain-Barcelona, Italy- Milano.
Where You Make An Impact:
- Define and drive B2B eCommerce vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead product ownership (Agile): prioritization, backlog management, and high-impact delivery.
- Enhance end-to-end customer journeys with a strong customer-centric focus.
- Own analytics and performance tracking, turning data into actionable insights.
- Lead UX strategy, CRO,



and experimentation to optimize digital experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations) to deliver scalable solutions.
- Apply deep eCommerce, analytics, and BI expertise (GA4/Adobe, CRO, A/B testing, UX, Power BI/Tableau, CMS/PIM/CRM/ERP).
