We are now looking for a Partner Integration Lead in Piove di Sacco, Italy
We are looking for a Partner Integration Lead to manage the technical collaboration with partners delivering complete cooling solutions for data centers, including chillers, dry coolers, and CRAH systems.
In this role, you will ensure that partner-provided systems are fully aligned with our technical standards, performance expectations, and integration requirements. You will act as the key technical interface, validating, coordinating, and optimizing partner solutions within our overall offering.




This position combines system-level engineering, technical governance, and strategic partnership management.
The role reports to the Engineering Director.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical point of contact for partners delivering complete cooling systems
- Evaluate and validate partner solutions against company standards and project requirements
- Ensure proper integration of partner systems within the overall data center infrastructure
- Review and approve technical documentation (designs, specifications, performance data)
- Define interface requirements between partner systems and other subsystems (hydraulics, controls, BMS/DCIM)
- Support partners during design, factory testing (FAT), commissioning, and handover
- Identify and mitigate technical risks related to third-party solutions
- Drive alignment on performance targets (efficiency, redundancy, reliability)
