This department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels.



The team blends the best analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists, and fosters a great learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCo‐own the Flights PnL with Product counterpartsDefine the overall Marketing Strategy for the Flights VerticalExecute the strategy: spearhead development, execution, and optimization for growing Agoda's Flights business across channels (e.g., CRM, Paid Performance marketing, pricing)Guide, coach, and manage a team of analysts and managersConduct end‐to‐end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insightsDevelop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‐driven decisions for channel growthPartner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing A
