Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, maintaining precision across all financial records. Financial planning, reporting, and control. Oversee financial and tax due diligence for acquisitions and related restructuring activities. Prepare documentation for board meetings and foster relationships with banks, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
Audit preparation.
Establish and enhance internal controls to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency. Facilitate both external and internal audit processes.
Equity plans. Optimize and manage our equity plans, ensuring effective implementation. Provide support to Spooners by addressing questions and requests related to their equity plans.
You’re extremely ambitious in everything you do—and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
