ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Developer to manage the end-to-end development process for our assigned apparel lines. In this role, you will be the technical pivot between design and production, ensuring that every garment—from prototypes to final production—meets our quality standards and technical specifications. You will work closely with international suppliers and cross-functional teams to bring our collections to life.
End-to-End Development : Manage the development of Prototypes, SMS (Salesman Samples),
and Pre-Production samples, coordinating with Design, Graphic, Fabric, Trims, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Demand Planning teams.
Technical Management : Take full ownership of technical sheets on the PLM system across all development stages.
Monitoring & Reporting : Create and maintain detailed Excel tracking files to monitor project advancement and ensure deadlines are met.
Supplier Coordination : Communicate technical data, color ranges, and comments to international suppliers in English; Quality : At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Developer within the apparel industry.
Strong product sensitivity and deep technical knowledge across key categories, specifically Sportswear, Woven, Denim, and Shirts.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for daily communication with international partners.
Knowledge of Excel and experience with PLM systems.
