The Role What You Will Do You will work mainly with AI project teams, alongside business and technical stakeholders, contributing to OCM delivery across the full change lifecycle. Concretely: Translate AI use cases into adoption strategies: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication planning, training design, workforce transformation,



readiness measurement Develop client‐ready OCM roadmaps and assets that reflect the real complexity of each engagement: messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps, training outlines, adoption plans Identify resistance early and bring solutions Collaborate with solutioning and delivery teams to ensure OCM is integrated from day one Contribute to improving how we work, sharing what you learn, refining templates, raising the bar on delivery quality Who You Are 3–5 years of experience contributing to OCM delivery on digital or technology transformation projects, end‐to‐end exposure preferred A consulting mindset: you think in client challenges and solutions, not only tasks Strong communication skills — you adapt your register across technical teams and senior business stakeholders without losing substance Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken Genuine curiosity about AI and its organizational implications.
