Position Overview Genetec is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive business growth across Italy. This role requires a strategic sales professional who can identify opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and deliver value-driven security and intelligence solutions in sectors such as transportation, enterprise, and critical infrastructure.
Promote Genetec solutions, including video management, access control, ALPR, and unified security platforms.




Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management in CRM tools.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
About you We welcome all qualified candidates, including those who may not meet every listed requirement. Strong track record of direct end‑user engagement and consultative selling.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Experience with video management systems (VMS), access control, or unified security platforms.
Understanding of IP networking, cybersecurity principles, or enterprise IT environments.
