Work alongside the Deployment Strategist to transform complex customer needs into AI-powered workflows, automations, and custom solutions that deliver immediate business impact. Own the technical side of deployments, from scoping and prototyping to production rollout, with your clients.
Rapidly build and iterate on prototypes using AI tools, automation platforms, and integrations to validate ideas and deliver value fast. Design and maintain scalable automations and internal tools using technologies such as n8n, LangChain, and emerging AI frameworks. Bridge customer needs, operations, and engineering, ensuring custom solutions are both impactful and scalable. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across multiple deployments and continuously push the boundaries of what AI can automate. The role is not This is not a Software Engineer role. You're not expected to build and maintain Bonx's core product. You're closer to a Technical Deployment Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or AI Automation Engineer: someone who uses technology to solve customer problems, automate processes, build workflows, and successfully deploy Bonx in client environments.
