This role combines hands-on governance of pilots with strategic insights to unlock client ROI at scale. Responsibilities Define baseline KPIs and co-create ROI models for container logistics Track progress and communicate outcomes to stakeholders Identify inefficiencies and recommend best practices to maximize adoption Oversee pilot programs to align with customer needs Develop deep product knowledge and translate capabilities into business value Proactively identify expansion opportunities and drive client success Immerse in customer environments to map stakeholders and workflows Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a unified customer experience Prepare business reviews, ROI reports, and KPI dashboards Facilitate value discovery sessions with maritime and logistics stakeholders Support Sales in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on ROI Qualifications Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) 5-10 years in Customer Success, Management Consulting, Value Engineering, Business Analysis, or similar roles Proven enterprise account leadership in maritime, container logistics, or IoT/SaaS Strong product and technical aptitude; xrdztoy translate features to outcomes Salesforce proficiency for CRM and case management Data interpretation and ROI modeling skills Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions Ability to influence in complex, matrixed environments Track record of data-driven value storytelling and ROI
