You own cross-functional collaboration to boost adoption, growth, and long-term success, blending product knowledge with business analysis. This role combines hands-on governance of pilots with strategic insights to unlock client ROI at scale.ResponsibilitiesDefine baseline KPIs and co-create ROI models for container logisticsTrack progress and communicate outcomes to stakeholdersIdentify inefficiencies and recommend best practices to maximize adoptionOversee pilot programs to align with customer needsDevelop deep product knowledge and translate capabilities into business valueProactively identify expansion opportunities and drive client successImmerse in customer environments to map stakeholders and workflowsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver a unified customer experiencePrepare business reviews, ROI reports, and KPI dashboardsFacilitate value discovery sessions with maritime and logistics stakeholdersSupport Sales in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on ROIQualificationsBachelor's degree (MBA preferred)5-10 years in Customer Success, Management Consulting, Value Engineering, Business Analysis, or similar rolesProven enterprise account leadership in maritime, container logistics, or IoT/SaaSStrong product and xrdztoy technical aptitude; translate features to outcomesSalesforce proficiency for CRM and case managementData interpretation and ROI modeling skillsFamiliarity with advanced analytics and AI-driven solutionsAbility to influence in complex, matrixed environmentsTrack record of data-driven value storytelling and ROI deliveryExecutive-le
