The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, consolidation, and performance monitoring of Food & Beverage operations across the company's hospitality portfolio, currently composed of 7 operating properties with additional openings planned in the coming years. Main Responsibilities Proactively source and develop new partnerships and business opportunities, managing the entire process from initial discussions and negotiations to implementation and launch across the portfolio; Oversee and support the performance of existing F&B; partnerships and collaborations, working closely with operators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary; Build and manage relationships with operators, suppliers,



and key industry stakeholders while supporting the onboarding of new F&B; concepts across the portfolio; Prepare and present business opportunities, including business plans, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and commercial evaluations for senior management; Monitor financial and operational performance through KPI analysis, revenue tracking, profitability reviews, and guest satisfaction metrics, implementing corrective actions when necessary; Conduct regular operational reviews and site visits to ensure compliance with corporate standards, hygiene regulations, HSE requirements, and operational procedures; Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Development teams on F&B; projects, pre-openings, and future developments.
