Experteer Overview In this role you will support the CISO in designing, implementing and maintaining the company’s security and compliance plan across regions. You will manage end-to-end security operations, from building defenses and threat hunting to vulnerability management and compliance monitoring. You will lead security testing, remediation programs and coordination with Group security initiatives. This role offers hands‑on defense work with strategic impact on protecting intellectual property and brand assets in a luxury retail environment.Retribuzione / Benefits
Enhance the 3rd party Security Operation Center and resolve security events and incidents.
Lead incident response and crisis management.
Coordinate and oversee security testing (VA and Pen Test) for new architectures and initiatives.
Coordinate remediation programs (patch management, vulnerability fixes).




Coordinate outsourced security projects (SIEM, EDR/AV, DLP, ANTISPAM, BAS, Red Team).
Promote training in Security Development & Vulnerability management.
Maintain communication with the Group and coordinate cross-functional security activities.
Responsabilità
Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Fluent in English/Italian (spoken and written)
At least 4/5 years of information security experience
Experience in retail or IP protection is preferred Security Certifications are a plus (e.G. CompTIA Security+, GIAC GISF, ISO 27001)
Strong stakeholder interaction skills
