Together with the Country Marketing Manager New Markets, you are the driving force behind the planning, implementation and execution of the overall Italian marketing strategy and execution. You'll build campaigns that people remember, create stories that resonate, and bring customer and market insights to life. Your work will directly empower Sales, elevate our brand and fuel our growth in one of Europe's most exciting markets through lead generation programs, continuous attention to brand visibility and providing local customer and market insights. Because online performance is so important, you will actively participate in sales and marketing operations and therefore this role has a strategic, a tactical and an operational dimension. You are able to story tell in excellent Italian language,



verbally and in writing - to cover all aspects of content development.Looking aheadThis role is designed to grow with you. If you're driven, ambitious, and excited to shape a national marketing function, you'll feel at home here.Your ResponsibilitiesTranslate the global marketing strategy into impactful local actions - from brand to lead generation within defined online and offline channels - in close cooperation with the Sales Team.Develop, implement and refine the Italian marketing strategy and associated budgets & KPIs, together with the Country Marketing Manager New Markets.Develop, implement, adjust and analyse digital marketing campaigns arising from the commercial calendarEnrich marketing campaigns with compelling Italian content creation: brochures, flyers, blogs, customer stories, videos, social posts - content that makes people feel engaged
