Join our dynamic Grid Technologies, Substations Execution team in Italy as a Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of substation projects. You will coordinate project teams, manage resources, and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to final client handover. Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements for substation projects. Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring adherence to schedules and deliverables. Oversee end‐to‐end project implementation, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and contractual obligations. Manage project closure activities, including final documentation, system handover, and securing client acceptance. Establish and control the project budget, meticulously tracking costs and ensuring project profitability.



Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field. Minimum five years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy, industrial plant, or heavy construction sectors. Proven experience managing complex projects independently, from planning through to completion. Strong background in financial controls, risk management, and client relationship management. Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with a focus on customer relationship management and negotiation. Fluent English for technical purposes, both spoken and written.
