We are looking for a curious, analytically‐minded Business Analyst to join our 3P Transportation Execution team on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract. In this role you will own and deliver analytical and automation projects that contribute to the overall 3P Transportation and wider Amazon business goals, generating lasting efficiency gains for the organisation. You will work with large, complex datasets to identify patterns, surface opportunities, and build automated solutions that reduce manual effort across the network. The role may involve developing analytics in areas such as Quality Management, Capacity Planning, Speed Enhancement, or Continuous Improvement across our 3P carrier network. You will partner with Program Managers and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical deliverables, build collaborative relationships, scope projects autonomously, and drive outcomes through data.
Key Responsibilities Use data to generate observations, hypotheses, and actionable insights by deep diving into performance metrics, operational data, and forecasting models to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Build automated reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools using SQL, Python, and internal platforms (QuickSight, AWS services). Scope, test, and deploy AI‐driven solutions that reduce manual processes and augment team capacity. Leverage AI, automation, and agentic technologies to enhance productivity and deliver scalable solutions. Support operational planning cycles with data analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling. Partner with Program Managers and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical deliverables. Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non‐technical audiences. Manage project timelines and deliverables autonomously, escalating risks proact
