Locations: Pogliano (Italy), Knowsley (UK), Ahrensburg (Germany). Program starts 1 October 2026. As part of our European 24‐month program, you will gain a wide breadth of exposure and experience across our key Business Units. You will receive on‐job and formal training, coaching and mentoring, and ultimately be placed in a leading operations role. Rotational Assignments Operations : Experience safety standards, process technology (mixing, feeding, extrusion, pelletizing), hardware components, production and resource planning, lean management and continuous improvement. Other key functions : Learn fundamentals of product development, formulation and scale‐up, basic quality control, analytical methods, product specifications and quality management systems. Operations abroad : Work at other production sites, learn different processes and cultures, and transfer best practices back to your future role.
Selection Process Initial phone screens: 1–30 April 2026. Recruitment events: 18 May–1 July 2026. Program Start and End Start: 1 October 2026, Pogliano, Italy. End: 2028, Pogliano, Italy. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience (including internship or student assignments). Desire to learn and make a difference in the Polymer/Chemical Industry. Good spoken and written communication skills. Good active listening skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Languages: English and Italian fluent. EU Category B Driving Licence.
